Covid-19 Protocols
1. You will be required to wear a mask upon entering the facility. Front desk will instruct you to wash your hands or to use hand sanitizer upon entering the facility and before exiting your treatment room. We will then proceed to check your body temperature using our touch less thermometer.
2. We use hospital grade sheets and blankets.
In additon we use a professional laundry company that offers hospital-grade disinfect washing and drying services. Anything we wash in the house follows the industrial cleaning procedure as well.
3. All of our products are concealed in bottles and jars with a pump.
All tools and instruments are sterilized in the sterilizer machine.
4. We disinfect face cradle and cover with a disposable cradle.
We switch all bed sheets and face cradle covers per customer as always.
5. Treatment rooms are cleaned with disinfectant wipes and spray after each service.
6. Our housekeeping and sanitation efforts in our facility have been greatly expanded.
We have been disinfecting all surfaces such as floors, door handles, counter-tops, restroom surfaces, tables, and massage chairs.
7. All of our team members are required to wear mouth coverings and our Stretch coaches and Therapist are required to keep face mask on for the duration of each service.
8. Employees that work at Fit2Stretch have not been traveled overseas, nor contact with anyone who has been affected.
9. We ensure all our customers and employees sanitized hands first when entering the facility our employees wash hands for at least 30 seconds with soap and water before and after each service.
CLEANING AND STERILIZING PROTOCOLS
A Comprehensive Approach
In accordance with governmental orders and guidelines, Fit2Stretch has implemented extra precautions to help our client’s stay safe and healthy. We continue to follow stringent sanitation protocols for proper disinfection, as well as adding additional procedures to achieve a new level of cleanliness for our 16 private room facility Consistent with your local government guidelines along with CDC protocols. We have always been sensitive to hygiene and cleanliness. Our trained team members will continue to be Vigilant in our health practices. Fit2Stretch will contiune to mandate staff and clients to wear masks the proper way: which is over your nose. Depending on your service clients may have the option of removing their mask in a private 1-on-1 service treatment while the staff remains with their mask and face shield on at all times.
IF YOU DO NOT FEEL WELL STAY HOME! To make sure everyone’s health is kept a priority, we ask that every client does their part, if you do not feel well, please stay home, we can always reschedule your appointment. We have a 24HR notice cancellation policy in place, so that you can cancel or reschedule.

We strongly believe that your time is valuable as is ours and we make every attempt to be ready for your appointment at the scheduled time. To all of our members and guests, in our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience using the Fit2stretch way!, we have adopted the following policies
Setting Expectations -Identifying what you want to get out of your service- whether it be relaxation or recovery. BEFORE your appointment can make a huge difference on whether or not you come out satisfied or disappointed. Knowing what you hope to achieve with your service will increase the likelihood of an excellent experience. Experience DOES count!

Communication is Key- Communicating with your massage therapist or stretch coach before your session about how you feel, your medical history and what you expect from them, will help to keep your session focused on your specific goals with a higher chance of achieving them.
Arrive Early- Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to give yourself time to prepare your mind and body for the session. During this time, we will make sure the medical intake form that was sent to you Via Email was completed. This time will also give you the opportunity to relax in our complimentary electronically massage chairs, GET YOUR PRE-MASSAGE BEFORE YOUR REAL MASSAGE!
Proper draping protocol- As part of our company policy we require all of our clients who are receiving table based services that require them to undress to wear biker shorts, yoga shorts or gym shorts for their session, so that they can remain comfortable during their session and prevent them from feeling exposed. You will be permitted to purchase from our facility if you do not wear at time of session.
