FAQs

What can I expect on my first visit?

Communication is key throughout your session. If this is your first massage, tell the therapist, who will answer any questions you have and walk you through the process so you feel comfortable.

Your therapist will then leave the room while you disrobe to your level of comfort. Depending on your service you may be required to completely disrobe, while other sessions require you to remain clothed.

Once disrobed, you'll lie on the massage table under the draping. Your therapist will knock before entering the room.

During your session, your therapist will uncover only that part of the body being worked on. Remember, this is YOUR massage. The face cradle can be adjusted and table heated. Should you experience pain or discomfort when working a particularly tight area, it is EXTREMELY important to tell us. Your therapist is a professional. She or he can adapt, using different techniques to relax tight muscles.
